Casini is a fast-growing boutique iGaming studio creating innovative slots and crash games for a global audience.
We are looking for a Telegram Growth Specialist to build and scale Casini’s presence on Telegram—turning the platform into an active ecosystem for game discovery, community engagement, partnerships and measurable growth.
This is not a “post twice a day and wait for followers” role. We are looking for someone who understands audience growth, community mechanics, content, acquisition and the iGaming ecosystem—and knows how to turn Telegram into a channel that drives meaningful action.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute Casini’s Telegram growth strategy.
Grow a relevant, engaged audience—not just a large subscriber base.
Build and manage Casini’s Telegram channels, groups and community initiatives.
Create Telegram-native content around our games, launches, characters, campaigns and company news.
Develop interactive formats, including polls, quizzes, challenges, competitions, memes and community discussions.
Design campaigns that encourage sharing, referrals and organic growth.
Identify relevant iGaming, casino, gaming, crypto and entertainment communities for partnerships and cross-promotion.
Research and approach Telegram channels, influencers, communities and other potential growth partners.
Negotiate and coordinate cross-promotions, paid placements and community collaborations.
Support game launches with Telegram-specific campaigns and activation ideas.
Experiment with different acquisition and engagement mechanics, then measure and optimise the results.
Monitor Telegram trends, gaming culture, memes and emerging community formats.
Work closely with Casini’s marketing, creative, AI-video and game-production teams.
Track traffic from Telegram to Casini’s games, website and other digital assets.
Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve content, acquisition and conversion.
Help develop Telegram into a long-term Casini community—not simply another social media channel.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience growing a Telegram channel, group, community or digital audience.
Strong understanding of Telegram’s ecosystem, including channels, groups, bots, communities and growth mechanics.
Experience in social media growth, community management or digital acquisition.
Understanding of the iGaming, casino, gaming, crypto or entertainment industries is highly desirable.
Strong content instincts—you know what makes people stop scrolling, click, share or participate.
A willingness to experiment with new formats, tools and growth tactics.
An analytical mindset and the ability to connect activity with measurable results.
Experience with influencer, affiliate, community or partnership marketing is a plus.
Experience with Telegram Ads or other paid acquisition channels is an advantage.
Good written English.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of growth initiatives.
Comfort working in a fast-moving, international environment.
You’ll Have an Advantage If You Have
Existing relationships with Telegram channels, gaming communities or iGaming audiences.
Experience promoting casino games, slots, sportsbooks, gaming products or entertainment brands.
Experience with referral, ambassador or affiliate programmes.
Experience with Telegram bots, automation or Mini Apps.
An understanding of crypto and Web3 communities.
Experience tracking campaigns using analytics tools, UTM links and conversion data.
A track record of negotiating and managing cross-promotions or paid community placements.
