We're looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our flagship tiles showroom, where design, luxury, and craftsmanship meet.
🏛️ The Role
You'll own the showroom end to end: the client experience, the sales team, the displays, and the results. You'll be the face of our brand for architects, designers, builders, and discerning homeowners.
🎯 What You'll Do
Lead and inspire a high-performing showroom
Build partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers
Create a premium, hospitality-grade experience for every visitor
Manage displays, merchandising, and new collection launches
Track performance, manage inventory coordination, and report to leadership
💼 Who You Are
8+ years of experience, with 3+ in a senior or managerial role
Background in tiles, sanitaryware, marble, building materials, hospitality, or aviation — we value people who know how to deliver a first-class client experience
A confident leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Polished and service-minded
Comfortable with CRM tools and sales reporting
