The Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications. This part-time remote role is ideal for a versatile software professional who can work across both frontend and backend technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
Build user-facing interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and development practices.
Develop robust backend services, APIs, business logic, and application integrations.
Design, manage, and optimize relational or NoSQL databases.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, authentication systems, and cloud technologies.
Write clean, reusable, well-tested, and maintainable code across the application stack.
Conduct debugging, performance optimization, security reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA specialists, DevOps engineers, and other developers.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
Support CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, monitoring, and production maintenance.
Document technical architecture, development processes, and application functionality.
Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to development workflows and product capabilities.
Requirements
3+ years of professional full-stack or software development experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, authentication, and application architecture.
Familiarity with Git, testing frameworks, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.
Understanding of responsive design, application security, performance optimization, and scalable systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple development priorities and meet project deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fully remote environment.
Professional certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.
