Role Description The Video Editor role at Business Enhancerz is an on-site position based in Bhopal. This role involves editing raw footage into polished video content for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate presentations, and other client projects. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and managing video files, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, effects, graphics, and sound, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives. The Video Editor collaborates closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements, suggest visual storytelling approaches, and deliver videos on schedule. The role also includes rendering final outputs in required formats, maintaining quality standards, and staying updated with current video trends and editing techniques.
Qualifications
Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
Ability to manage media assets, organize project files, and work efficiently with timelines, transitions, color correction, and audio mixing.
Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and basic principles of cinematography and design.
Familiarity with formats and specifications for social media, web, and corporate video distribution.
Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent outputs.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant education in media, film, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in video editing or a portfolio of work is highly beneficial.
