Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern role at WorkAtEase is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives. Daily tasks include drafting posts, designing basic visual assets using available tools, engaging with followers, monitoring comments and messages, and supporting campaign execution. The intern will also help track performance metrics, conduct competitor and trend research, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote key initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing practices and social media strategy in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ongoing or completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field are preferred.
