Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and organized Recruitment Specialist to help drive our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to help build high-performing remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates through various channels and job boards.
Coordinate and schedule interview rounds with hiring managers.
Manage recruitment communication and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and pipeline updates.
What We Offer
Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere).
Internship Structure: Candidates undergo a structured 3-month initial internship period. Upon successful completion and performance evaluation, high performers are eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) or a full-time position.
Compensation / Stipend: Transparent stipend of up to an overall total of ₹10,000 for the entire 3-month internship duration.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
