Role Description The Director at IMAGIN.studio will oversee the strategic and operational direction of the studio’s automotive imaging solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi includes leading cross-functional teams, guiding product and technology initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners. The Director will be responsible for setting performance targets, monitoring key metrics, and driving continuous improvement across workflows, quality standards, and service delivery. Day-to-day activities will include managing budgets and resources, facilitating collaboration between technical and commercial teams, supporting business development efforts, and representing the organization in key stakeholder meetings. The role also involves fostering an inclusive culture, mentoring team members, and promoting innovation in data-driven imaging and digital automotive experiences.
Qualifications
Experience in leadership and management, including team leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
Background in digital products or technology-driven services, ideally in automotive, media, or SaaS environments.
Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and partnership building with international customers.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, performance analysis, and KPI tracking to guide operational and strategic initiatives.
Ability to oversee projects and workflows, including project management, resource allocation, and process optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Demonstrated experience driving innovation and change, including the adoption of new tools, platforms, or methodologies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working in a global or multicultural environment; familiarity with automotive or digital imaging sectors is an advantage.
