Job description:
There is a need for a well qualified Area Manager, in the Northern Indiana / Southern Michigan territory with the following criteria.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Self motivated with the ability to make cold sales calls anywhere the need exists
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Experience
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the laundry or dry cleaning or chemical industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to analyze market data and identify sales opportunities
- Experience in outside sales and account management
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory. Servicing and suggesting a potential mix of products to spread out in existing accounts and new accounts sold.
