This is a remote, unpaid 6-month internship position.
Role Overview
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions. This role is designed to help you learn and contribute to essential HR activities while working closely with the team in a professional remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
During the internship, you will learn and work on the following areas:
End-to-end recruitment process
Induction and orientation programs for new hires
Planning and executing employee engagement activities
Resourcing and talent management support
Learning and development–related tasks
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Basic knowledge or interest in Human Resources
Willingness to learn and take initiative
