Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Pawayan. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed designs and drawings, and ensuring alignment with project requirements, regulations, and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and construction teams, reviewing plans for feasibility and cost-effectiveness, and overseeing design modifications during execution. The role involves preparing documentation, supporting approvals and permits, monitoring design quality on site, and participating in meetings to address technical and design-related queries.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as planning, coordination with stakeholders, tracking progress, and managing timelines and resources.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration where relevant to architectural workflows, such as integrating design tools, BIM platforms, or project management software.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on site in Pawayan.
Experience in infrastructure or construction projects and knowledge of sustainable design practices are beneficial.
