Role Description The Senior Executive Store is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency. This position includes managing retail sales activities, maintaining inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The Senior Executive Store will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, organize store layouts and displays, and implement company policies and procedures. The role also involves training and guiding store staff, monitoring customer service quality, and resolving operational or customer-related issues promptly. This position requires a proactive approach to store management to support project teams and overall organizational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Candidates should possess Retail Sales and Organization Skills to manage store operations, inventory, and product handling efficiently.
Candidates should possess Training and leadership abilities to guide store staff and support their performance and development.
Relevant experience in store management, inventory control, or retail operations, preferably within infrastructure, utilities, or industrial sectors.
Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and inventory management software; comfort with data entry and reporting.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
