Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Executive at CareerBloc. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR reporting, and compliance-related activities. The role involves overseeing employee relations, addressing queries, resolving workplace concerns, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment. The Human Resources Executive will develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and organizational standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, coordinating performance management cycles, assisting with training and development initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning.
Qualifications
Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills to oversee core HR functions and support organizational goals.
Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR data management, and compliance.
Proficiency in Employee Relations to handle employee concerns, promote engagement, and foster a positive culture.
Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and best practices to ensure consistent and compliant HR processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and common office productivity tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in a recruitment or service-oriented environment is beneficial.
