Role Description The Director of Product Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and leading the product marketing strategy across Radharang Agro’s market linkage and input supply offerings. This role oversees market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans that support product launches, adoption, and expansion among farmers, buyers, and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, defining product value propositions, collaborating with product, sales, and operations teams, and creating targeted content and tools for market engagement. The Director will develop sales enablement materials, oversee campaigns that drive awareness and demand, and use data to refine strategies and optimize performance. This position also plays a key role in aligning cross-functional stakeholders around product roadmaps and ensuring that customer insights inform business decisions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in agriculture and agri-tech.
Candidates should possess expertise in Go-to-Market Strategy to plan and execute product launches, drive adoption, and support expansion across target markets.
Candidates should possess advanced Messaging and Marketing skills to craft clear value propositions, segment communications, and manage multi-channel campaigns.
Candidates should possess Sales Enablement skills to develop playbooks, presentations, and training materials that help commercial teams communicate product value effectively.
Proven experience in product marketing or related leadership roles, preferably in agriculture, agri-tech, SaaS, or B2B markets.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using data and metrics to guide decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field; an advanced degree is an added advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
