Role Description The IT Recruiter Intern will support the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technology roles. This full-time, on-site position in Noida involves posting job descriptions, searching for candidates through various platforms, and conducting initial resume reviews and pre-screening calls. The intern will assist in scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and updating recruitment trackers to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up. The role also includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, learning full-life cycle recruiting processes, and helping improve recruitment workflows. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT recruitment in a fast-paced, creator-focused organization.

Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for technology-focused roles.
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Hiring, including candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and clearly.
Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment; prior internship or academic exposure in these areas is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Comfort with using recruitment tools, job portals, and basic office software; familiarity with IT roles and terminology is a plus.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
