Role Description The Vice President Sales Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and optimizing NZTech’s global sales operations function. This role oversees sales planning, forecasting, territory and quota design, and pipeline management to support revenue growth across TIPSO™ and HoverTap™ product lines. The Vice President Sales Operations will develop and implement scalable processes, sales policies, and performance metrics, while partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams. Daily responsibilities include analyzing sales data, improving CRM and sales tools usage, driving sales enablement initiatives, and ensuring accurate reporting and dashboards for executive decision-making. This leader will also manage sales operations staff, champion continuous improvement, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen market penetration and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, with experience overseeing complex sales processes and supporting high-performance sales teams.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, build dashboards, and generate actionable insights that inform strategy and execution.
Candidates should possess Finance and Strategic Planning skills to support budgeting, revenue forecasting, pricing initiatives, and long-term growth plans.
Candidates should possess demonstrated leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to align Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
Candidates should possess expertise with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools, and experience implementing process improvements in a technology or medical device environment.
Relevant qualifications include 10+ years in sales operations or commercial leadership roles, preferably in healthcare technology or medical devices, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an asset.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a remote setting, and a track record of driving revenue growth through operational excellence.
