VP of Leadership Development

Role Description The VP of Leadership Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development initiatives for client organizations. This role leads the creation of leadership frameworks, programs, and curricula that address multiple levels of leadership, from emerging leaders to executives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, consulting with client leadership teams, developing training strategies, and managing succession planning initiatives. The VP will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure programs meet client goals, oversee project timelines and budgets, and provide thought leadership on best practices in leadership development. The role also involves coaching leaders, monitoring program effectiveness through data and feedback, and continuously refining offerings to enhance impact.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Leadership Development, including program design, implementation, and evaluation.
Experience conducting Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps and align solutions with business objectives.
Proven Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, executive facilitation, and advisory support.
Background in Training design and delivery, including workshops, coaching, and blended learning solutions.
Experience with Succession Planning and building leadership pipelines for key roles.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to use data to inform decisions.
Comfort working in a remote environment with strong self-management, organization, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., coaching, OD, HR) are a plus.
Prior experience in a senior leadership, leadership development, or talent management role within consulting or corporate environments.
