Role Description The VP of Leadership Strategy is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and driving leadership strategy initiatives for clients and internal projects. This role designs and oversees leadership frameworks, assesses organizational needs, and develops strategic roadmaps that align talent, culture, and business goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting executive-level consultations, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations and programs. The VP will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, lead strategic planning sessions, support thought leadership content, and ensure consistent delivery quality across consulting engagements. This position also contributes to business development by identifying opportunities, refining service offerings, and strengthening client relationships.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex organizational, financial, and performance data.
Expertise in Strategic Planning and Digital Strategy for designing scalable leadership and organizational initiatives.
Consulting experience, including client advisory, stakeholder management, and solution development.
Finance knowledge to connect leadership strategy with budgeting, ROI, and long-term value creation.
Proven experience in leadership development, organizational design, or executive coaching.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and presentation to senior audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Leadership, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, coaching credentials) are an asset.
