Finance Manager

Role Description The Director role at 4baseCare is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. The Director will provide strategic leadership for regional operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to advance precision oncology and personalized cancer care. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical and commercial initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving partnerships with hospitals, cancer centers, and key stakeholders. The Director will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This role also involves contributing to long-term growth plans, supporting adoption of genomic testing and AI-driven platforms, and representing the organization in external forums and collaborations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics, with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder management skills, including experience building and maintaining partnerships with clinical and institutional collaborators.
Understanding of oncology, genomics, or precision medicine concepts, with the ability to engage effectively with clinicians and scientific experts.
Proven abilities in operations management, including budgeting, resource allocation, performance tracking, and process optimization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively across diverse, cross-cultural settings.
Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field; equivalent experience in senior leadership roles may be considered.
Experience working within the Indian healthcare ecosystem, particularly with hospitals, cancer centers, or diagnostic laboratories, is highly beneficial.
High level of integrity, commercial acumen, and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through innovation and data-driven decision-making.
