About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to drive growth across the DACH region.
This senior role is responsible for executing the regional enterprise strategy, leading and developing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening channel partnerships across the region. You will play a key role in shaping regional growth, building long-term customer relationships, and contributing to Pentera’s continued expansion.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the Enterprise (3,000+ employees) sales strategy across the designated region
Drive revenue growth within existing accounts while expanding into new enterprise customers
Monitor team performance, pipeline health, and forecasting; report to EMEA Sales leadership
Provide market insights to leadership to help inform product strategy and positioning
Coach, mentor, and support the local team of Account Executives through regular 1:1s and joint customer engagements
Build targeted vertical and horizontal campaigns to generate new opportunities
Develop upsell and cross-sell strategies to expand existing customer relationships
Strengthen and manage strategic channel partnerships across the region
Support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Requirements
8+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams within cybersecurity vendors
Proven track record of regional revenue growth (including scaling beyond $5M ARR)
Experience building and managing strong channel partnerships across DACH
History of leading teams to consistently achieve or exceed targets
Experience managing complex, multi-layered enterprise sales cycles
Strategic thinker with strong organizational and forecasting discipline
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
