Role Description This is a full-time remote role. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development, launch, and ongoing improvement of Alpha Finance Lab’s products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating with product, engineering, and operations teams, contributing to documentation and process optimization, and assisting in research and analysis related to financial technology and digital assets. The role involves communicating clearly with internal stakeholders, managing tasks and timelines, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The candidate is expected to work independently, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable way.
Comfort with remote work tools, digital collaboration platforms, and working across time zones.
Demonstrated interest in financial technology, digital assets, or decentralized finance; prior experience in these areas is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines), or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for deliverables.
