Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $70,000 – $110,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Corporate Trainer to deliver high-impact training programs across the organisation. The role combines facilitation excellence with content design — running sessions that engage participants and produce real on-the-job change.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual instructor-led training across leadership, soft skills, and product topics
- Design or adapt training content to specific audience needs
- Run train-the-trainer sessions for managers and internal experts
- Measure training effectiveness and iterate based on data
- Coach managers on team learning and reinforcement strategies
- Maintain training calendars, materials, and LMS records
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years in corporate training, facilitation, or L&D delivery
- Strong virtual facilitation skills and engaging presence on camera
- Experience designing or adapting training materials
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Coaching certification (ICF, ATD CPLP) is a plus
