WCD Integrity Solutions LLC is a federal personnel-security firm providing background investigations, personnel security staffing, case-management system development, program management, training, and evaluation. WCD is the long-standing incumbent developer and maintainer of the client's SharePoint-based personnel security case-management system, and is the preferred implementation and support partner for ClearNav-IQ, a purpose-built Personnel Intelligence Platform supporting the federal recruit – hire – clear – monitor lifecycle. WCD delivers ClearNav-IQ from install and launch through ongoing support.
Role Description
Maintain, enhance, and modernize the client's SharePoint-based personnel security case-management system, the mission application that hiring sponsors and personnel security staff use every day to submit, route, and track vetting actions. The system runs on SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (on-premises) and is built on classic SharePoint development: custom HTML, CSS, and jQuery, SharePoint Designer workflows, InfoPath forms, and the SharePoint REST and client object model APIs. Your first priority is keeping that system stable and improving it. Over time you will help rebuild selected workflows in Power Automate, and later carry that knowledge into the ClearNav-IQ Personnel Intelligence Platform (.NET / React on Azure Government), either for this client or for future ones. This role suits a SharePoint developer who wants a clear path from classic on-premises development to modern cloud work.
Required Qualifications
5+ years developing custom solutions on on-premises SharePoint Server (2013, 2016, 2019, or Subscription Edition).
Expert-level HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for client-side SharePoint customization (Script Editor / Content Editor web parts, JSLink, master pages).
Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting SharePoint Designer workflows on both the 2010 and 2013 workflow platforms.
Working knowledge of the SharePoint REST API and JSOM / CSOM.
Proven experience building complex, data-driven custom HTML forms and pages on SharePoint, in place of out-of-the-box list forms.
Site collection administration experience: permissions, content types, lists and libraries, and views.
Experience building Power Automate cloud flows, or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly, including connections to on-premises data through the data gateway.
Accessibility experience (WCAG / Section 508) and disciplined documentation and change-control practices for production systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience migrating SharePoint Designer workflows or InfoPath forms to Power Automate or Power Apps.
Broader Power Platform familiarity (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI) and Microsoft 365 government cloud (GCC / GCC High).
C# / .NET and React / TypeScript experience; hands-on Azure (App Service, Azure SQL, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault).
Data mapping / ETL from SharePoint lists into relational schemas (SQL Server / Azure SQL).
Azure Government / FedRAMP, Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep), USWDS, or Azure OpenAI experience.
Familiarity with the federal personnel-security or HR domain (e.g., eApp, DISS, Rap Back, investigative tiers).
Prior federal contractor experience.
Clearance & Eligibility
U.S.-based candidate eligible to obtain and maintain a High Risk Public Trust (HRPT) determination through a federal background investigation. U.S. citizenship may be required by the client. The client may require the ability to obtain a national security clearance in the future.
Work Arrangement & Travel
Fully remote, U.S.-based only. Occasional travel up to 10%, primarily to the client site in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Because the case-management system is hosted on the client's on-premises network, work on client systems requires government-furnished equipment (GFE). You must also follow client security, IT, and facility policies, including required cybersecurity and privacy training.
