Deputy Project Director — High-Rise Residential PMC
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 20+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Project Director in managing day-to-day execution and delivery of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
* Review project schedules, construction progress and key milestones, and ensure timely follow-up with project teams.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve execution, technical and site-related issues.
* Monitor contractor performance, manpower, resources and work fronts to maintain planned project progress.
* Identify project risks, delays and critical issues and escalate them to the Project Director with suitable action plans.
* Review site reports, progress updates and project requirements to ensure effective coordination and timely decision-making.
Requirements
* 20+ years of relevant experience in construction/project management, with experience in a senior project leadership role.
* Strong experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
* Strong site execution and PMC experience with exposure to managing multiple project stakeholders.
* Hands-on experience with Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering projects.
* Strong understanding of project planning, construction execution, progress monitoring and contractor management.
* Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
