HSE Manager — High-Rise Residential PMC
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 15+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Engineering
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee HSE activities across large-scale high-rise residential construction projects.
* Develop and implement site HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments and safety protocols.
* Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards, regulations and project requirements.
* Conduct safety inspections, audits and toolbox talks and ensure timely closure of identified observations.
* Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams to maintain a strong safety culture across the project.
Requirements
* 15+ years of relevant HSE experience in the construction industry.
* Strong experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use projects.
* Strong site execution and PMC experience.
* Hands-on exposure to Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction site safety, risk management, statutory compliance and safety documentation.
* Strong communication, coordination, leadership and incident-management skills.
