Training Coordinator - Trainer Sourcing

Job Summary:
As a Training coordinator you would be responsible to manage the end-to-end process of training coordination, solutions delivery, sourcing trainers, developing training programs, and ensuring effective execution to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end training coordination process.
Source and onboard qualified trainers as per organizational and client requirements.
Build and leverage a strong professional network, especially on platforms like LinkedIn, to identify training opportunities and resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
Develop and execute training solutions tailored to client and organizational needs.
Maintain a customer-centric approach to address client requirements and resolve issues effectively.
Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while ensuring deadlines are met.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on training progress.
Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to manage challenges in training coordination.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven ability to source and hire trainers, with experience in managing training databases.
Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using sourcing portals and LinkedIn for recruiting and networking.
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience with AI tools, analytics platforms, Claude, and building AI agents is mandatory
