We’re Hiring: Medical Information Client Manager / Medical Information Manager
📍 Location: Remote, USA
💼 Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
💰 Pay Rate: $50–$90/hour on C2C/1099/ W2, based on experience.
For C2C/1099, candidates must have their own established U.S.-based LLC or corporation and be able to contract directly through their business entity.
Employvision is seeking Medical Information Client Managers to support our client’s healthcare and pharmaceutical operations.
What we’re looking for:
Pharmacy background or PharmD degree
Contact center/call center experience is required
Strong client-facing experience
Medical Information experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable in a hands-on environment and supporting day-to-day activities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Active pharmacy license is not required
Key responsibilities:
Support medical information and client-related activities
Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
Handle inquiries and provide professional customer/client support
Coordinate day-to-day activities and follow-ups
Maintain accurate documentation and support operational processes
Work collaboratively with healthcare and pharmaceutical teams
