Vista Communications Is a leading provider of Turnkey Technology services in the field of Telecommunications, Networks, CCTV, Audiovisual, Cable/Satellite TV solutions Energy Management & Structural cabling systems as well as resellers of Major Telecom Carriers/Cable companies for over 20+ years serving the SMB, Enterprise & Hotel customers. VCI is currently looking for Mitel Phone system Technician.Mitel certifications in Mivoice Business MANDATORY
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Basic Knowledge of Routers and Switches for remote Access with IP addresses.
Configuring Mitel Phone systems - Mivoice Business 3300, Mitel 200 ICP
Must have Mitel Mivoice Business Certifications!
Troubleshooting systems with field techs
Must be able to diagnose the problems and troubleshoot from start to finish.
Basic Knowledge of Phone systems, 66 & 110 blocks, cable termination
Knowledge of Cabling Certification Test equipment
Ability to update Project Tools, CRM, and Tickets with detailed written notes.
Basic Knowledge of CCTV cameras, NVRs, Audio Visual Systems
Plan installations by studying floor plans, programming guides & technical specifications and ability to read diagrams.
Update knowledge by reading manuals, and getting product/industry certifications.
Must have excellent customer service skills and a Team player.
Must have the ability to Multi-Task.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
