Role Description The Datacenter & Cloud Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing daily operations of datacenters and cloud environments. The role includes managing infrastructure components, monitoring systems, coordinating incident response, and ensuring high availability and performance of services. The Datacenter & Cloud Lead will guide technical teams, provide advanced troubleshooting support, and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement upgrades and improvements. This position also involves enforcing security and compliance standards, maintaining documentation, and supporting capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Data Center Operations and managing Data Centers, including monitoring, maintenance, and incident management.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for infrastructure-related issues and complex system environments.
Solid understanding of Infrastructure design, implementation, and optimization across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and coordinating with vendors and service providers.
Knowledge of virtualization, networking, storage, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).
Familiarity with IT security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery best practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant certifications (such as data center, cloud, or infrastructure certifications) are an advantage.
