Role Description The Director Supply Chain Management is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations to support DApps Platform lc’s strategic and operational objectives. This role includes developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient logistics across all channels. The director will monitor key performance indicators, analyze data to improve materials flow and cost efficiency, and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and product management. Day-to-day tasks involve leading supply chain planning, resolving operational issues, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies. The role also includes mentoring team members, managing budgets, and supporting long-term capacity planning.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Supply Management, with experience leading end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations.
Proficiency in Inventory Management and Materials Management to maintain optimal stock levels and support accurate demand planning.
Demonstrated capability in Logistics Management, including transportation, distribution, and vendor coordination.
Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and use of supply chain planning tools or ERP systems.
Proven leadership skills, including team management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration in remote or distributed environments.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are beneficial.
Ability to develop and implement process improvements, manage budgets, and drive cost and efficiency initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and compliant business practices.
