Director of Partnerships

MT BYTES is looking for a Director of Partnerships to lead our partnership development work in Singapore. You will shape partner priorities, manage important relationships, and create a more repeatable way of turning partnerships into opportunities.
Experience working with APAC organisations is useful, particularly for roles with regional scope. In Singapore, we want someone who can build relationships with regional stakeholders and develop opportunities that can grow across multiple markets.
This is a senior role with real ownership. You will be expected to shape the approach, make decisions, and help others execute well.
What you will do
• Make decisions and remove blockers quickly
• Develop the team and improve the way the function operates
• Set clear priorities and expectations for the function
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Review performance, risks, and opportunities
What we are looking for
• Significant leadership experience in the relevant function
• Strong judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance
• Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Regional APAC experience is a strong advantage.
