Role Description The Vice President of Asset Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the company’s real estate portfolio. This role includes developing and executing asset strategies, monitoring property performance, and driving value creation across residential, commercial, and investment assets. The Vice President will analyze financial and operational data, recommend capital improvements, manage risk, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure portfolio objectives are met. Key responsibilities include setting asset-level business plans, overseeing property management activities, managing investment returns, preparing reports for leadership, and contributing to long-term portfolio growth and positioning. The role requires proactive leadership, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to align asset management decisions with 3PR’s client-first and transparency-driven values.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial, market, and operational data and translate insights into actionable asset strategies.
Finance and investments experience, with a solid understanding of real estate investment analysis, cash flow modeling, ROI, and portfolio optimization.
Asset management expertise, including strategy development, performance monitoring, and value-enhancement initiatives for diverse property types.
Property management knowledge, with experience overseeing property operations, tenant relations, leasing performance, and vendor coordination.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, investors, and external partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and clients.
Relevant experience in real estate asset management or investments; prior work with premium or institutional-grade properties is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, real estate designations) are beneficial.
Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organization, time management, and technology proficiency.
