We are looking for a product owner to manage product development, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality InsureTech products. The role involves backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and product execution in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage product development plans, timelines, and project execution.
Prioritise and maintain the product backlog and user stories.
Coordinate with developers, QA, design, and business teams.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily Agile activities.
Track progress, identify risks, and resolve project blockers.
Ensure timely product delivery and smooth product launches.
Work closely with stakeholders to align product goals with business needs.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and data privacy standards.
Requirements:
Experience as a product owner, business analyst, or project manager.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with tools like Jira or Confluence.
Knowledge of InsureTech, SaaS, or insurance domain preferred.
Understanding of APIs, automation, and digital product development is a plus.
