Hiring: Deputy Manager (2-3 Years PQE) | Leading Fintech | Mumbai
A leading fintech is looking for a lawyer to join its in-house legal team. You'll own end-to-end legal support across financing documentation, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance, working closely with business, product and finance teams to enable growth while managing legal risk.
What you'll do
Draft, review and negotiate financing agreements, security documents and other lending documentation
Draft, review and negotiate service agreements with third-party providers and business partners
Handle Technology and SaaS agreements, and manage their execution
Support compliances, regulatory audits and inspections
What we're looking for
LLB / LLM from a reputed Indian law school or university
2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm, NBFC, bank or fintech in-house legal team
Strong drafting and negotiation skills across financing documents and commercial contracts
Working knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs
Familiarity with DPDPA 2023, the IT Act and related data laws
Ability to deliver output-ready work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
