The Role
We're hiring a hands-on generalist to sit alongside the Growth Marketing Lead and do the work of getting our products in front of real people, efficiently and quickly, across whichever channel actually moves the needle. Some weeks that's writing and publishing content; other weeks it's running a small ad test, posting in the right community, or tightening a page for search. You'll be judged on signal (signups, activation, qualified interest), not on activity for its own sake.
This is an execution role, not a strategy-setting one. The Growth Marketing Lead sets direction and priorities across the portfolio; you make it happen day to day and feed what you learn back into the plan.
What You'll Do
– Content management: write, schedule, and publish content across web, blog, social, and email for products in active launch.
– Early market testing: find efficient, fast ways to check whether an idea has real demand before we build more of it (relevant communities, forums, small outbound tests, landing-page experiments).
– Paid & organic acquisition: set up, run, and read results on small ad tests (search, social) and organic channels; write and test ad copy and creative angles, including simple creator/influencer outreach where it fits; kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
– SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structured to rank for the terms our target users actually search.
– Lifecycle & retention: once a product has signed-up users, own the basic nurture and win-back email flows so growth isn't only about new signups.
– Experimentation backlog: keep a running, prioritized list of what to test next across channels and content, instead of one-off tests with no follow-through.
– Launch support (GTM): help get each new product its first users: launch checklists, outreach, community seeding, and tracking what actually drove signups.
– Growth metrics: own a small, specific set of numbers (cost per signup, signup-to-activation rate, and channel-level CAC) and report honestly on what's working to the Growth Marketing Lead.
Where You'll Focus
The portfolio splits into three audiences: consumer/prosumer products (volume, community-led growth), B2B SMB and team products (content-led plus light outbound), and B2B enterprise products (high-touch, relationship-driven). You'll own the day-to-day motion on the first two (the volume and content-led lanes), while the Growth Marketing Lead leads enterprise GTM directly.
What We're Looking For
– Real experience creating and managing content: you can write clearly and consistently, not just brainstorm ideas.
– Working knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar), enough to set up, run, and read a small test.
– SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page basics, and what actually moves rankings versus what doesn't.
– Comfortable with ambiguity and a small team: you'll get a goal and a budget, not a playbook.
– A bias to action: you'd rather run an efficient test this week than debate the perfect plan for a month.
– Strong written communication in English.
– Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content drafts, ad copy variants, and reporting, used as leverage, not a crutch.
Nice to Have
– Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product, a B2C subscription product, or both.
– Startup or agency background, where you had to cover multiple channels without a large team.
– Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and a content scheduling tool.
How to Apply
Send a short note on a product launch or campaign you're proud of and what you'd try first for an early-stage product with no existing audience, along with your resume.
