🚀 Key Responsibilities
📊 Develop and execute enterprise-level strategic plans aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
🧭 Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to evaluate strategic priorities, business opportunities, and organizational initiatives.
📈 Conduct market, industry, competitive, and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging risks.
💼 Develop business cases, financial models, strategic assessments, and recommendations for major investments and initiatives.
🌎 Lead strategic planning for market expansion, new business models, partnerships, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities.
🔄 Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, priorities, milestones, and measurable performance objectives.
🤝 Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and other functions to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
📉 Monitor business performance, identify gaps and risks, and recommend corrective actions to senior leadership.
📊 Establish and track strategic KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for major initiatives.
💡 Identify opportunities for operational improvement, transformation, innovation, and sustainable competitive advantage.
🏢 Support executive-level decision-making through data-driven analysis, scenario planning, and long-term forecasting.
👥 Lead and develop strategy teams, cross-functional working groups, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
📝 Prepare strategic presentations, executive reports, investment analyses, and recommendations for the CEO, executive team, and Board.
🎓 Experience Requirements
12+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, finance, operations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in senior management or strategic leadership roles, preferably at the VP, SVP, Head of Strategy, or equivalent level.
Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans.
Strong background in market analysis, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, business-case development, and strategic decision-making.
Experience working directly with CEOs, executive leadership teams, Boards, investors, and other senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical, financial, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience in technology, financial services, fintech, SaaS, healthcare, investment, digital assets, or other high-growth industries is preferred.
