Project Manager - Commercial Interior Fitout

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager – Commercial Interior Fitout role based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of commercial interior fitout projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors; managing project schedules and resources; and monitoring site progress and inspections. The role involves expediting materials and services, resolving logistical and operational issues, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations while delivering a high-quality client experience.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with expeditor and expediting functions to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
Proficiency in inspection and quality control processes for commercial interior fitout projects.
Knowledge of logistics management related to construction sites, vendor coordination, and material handling.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
Proven experience managing commercial interior or construction projects, preferably in office or retail environments.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
