Digital Marketing Expert

We are an upcoming technology startup in Kerala, building innovative consumer-focused digital platforms in the hyperlocal commerce, and offering space. We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently drive our complete digital growth efforts from strategy to execution.
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities.
Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
Run Google Ads and YouTube campaigns.
Create lead generation and app-install campaigns.
Optimize campaign ROI and conversions.
Social Media Management (SCM):
Manage company social media accounts.
Create content calendars.
Post engaging content regularly.
Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Coordinate reels, creatives, and promotional campaigns.
SEO and Organic Growth:
Handle website SEO and local SEO.
Improve Google rankings and search visibility.
Work on keyword research and backlink strategies.
Optimize content for organic traffic growth.
Campaign and Growth Execution:
Plan launch campaigns and promotional strategies.
Track campaign performance and analytics.
Improve CAC, CTR, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Suggest innovative growth and viral marketing ideas.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Knowledge of SEO and social media growth strategies.
Experience in content planning and campaign execution.
Understanding of analytics and performance tracking.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Creative thinking and a startup mindset.
Experience working with startups.
Basic design/video editing knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with app marketing and local commerce platforms.
Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and automation tools.
