Role Description The Mechanical Engineering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems and components for switchgear and solar-related projects, using CAD tools and engineering best practices. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation that support manufacturing, installation, and maintenance activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing mechanical calculations, conducting feasibility studies, supporting project planning, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, including mechanical design principles and materials selection.
Well known about electrical panel Fabrication machinery and related activities
Effective Communication skills for clear technical documentation, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and coordination with stakeholders.
Experience with Project Management practices to plan tasks, track progress, manage timelines, and support delivery of engineering projects.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Knowledge of EPC environments, power systems, or solar PV projects is an advantage.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
