Hiring for : Cold Calling / Business Development Executive
I’m looking for a sales-focused person who can help generate international clients through outbound cold calling for our technology services.

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Make outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients
• Identify businesses that have problems our software/AI solutions can solve
• Introduce our services and generate genuine interest
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
• Book meetings/demos for interested prospects
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn
• Maintain basic lead and call records
• Focus on international markets and businesses
👤 Who I’m Looking For
You should:
• Be confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Have strong communication and convincing skills
• Be comfortable with cold calling
• Understand basic B2B sales and lead qualification
• Be target-oriented and consistent
• Be comfortable speaking in English
• Previous experience in software/IT sales, SaaS sales, or B2B cold calling is a plus

Remote
The primary focus will be outbound client acquisition, especially for international businesses that may need custom software, automation, or AI voice solutions.
💰 Compensation
Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
