Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in New Delhi. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital performance campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and e-commerce platforms to drive traffic, leads, and revenue. Responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, setting and tracking KPIs, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing campaign performance to generate actionable insights. The individual will collaborate closely with creative, content, and account management teams to align messaging and targeting with client objectives. The role also includes preparing performance reports, presenting results to stakeholders, and recommending strategies for continuous improvement and scalable growth.

Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards) is highly beneficial.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or growth marketing in an agency or fast-paced environment is preferred.
