About the Role
We’re looking for someone to work directly with the founder and help build Circuit from the ground up.
This is not a role where you’ll have a fixed job description or do the same thing every day. You’ll be involved across operations, finance, HR, admin, growth, and new business initiatives.
Some days you’ll be working on finances and processes. Other days you might be solving an urgent problem, coordinating with a team member, working on a new business idea, or travelling with the founder.
If you’re someone who is organised, street-smart, resourceful, and gets things done, this could be for you.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with the founder across day-to-day operations and business priorities.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, often 10 to 20 things in a day.
Handle basic finance operations, payments, invoices, reconciliations, and tax-related coordination.
Support HR, hiring, employee management, and internal processes.
Manage administrative operations and ensure things run smoothly.
Build systems and processes as the company grows.
Work across different teams and step in wherever required.
Solve problems independently and figure things out when there is no obvious answer.
Support the founder with research, planning, execution, and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to improve how Circuit operates and grows.
Get involved in new business ideas and ventures that we may build in the future.
Be comfortable travelling across India and potentially internationally as the business grows.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is extremely organised and good at getting things done.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and taxes.
Someone who can manage multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed.
A street-smart problem solver who doesn't wait for someone else to give them the answer.
High ownership and a willingness to take responsibility.
Someone comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving environment.
Curious about business, startups, brands, creators, and culture.
Someone who wants to build something, rather than just have a job.
