Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Pune City. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Daily responsibilities include tracking progress, managing risks, resolving issues, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and maintaining thorough documentation. The role involves close collaboration with expediting, inspection, and logistics functions to ensure materials, services, and deliverables arrive on time and meet quality requirements. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, communicate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements in project processes.
Qualifications
Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and managing scope, time, and budget.
Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services from suppliers.
Knowledge of Inspection processes, quality standards, and coordination with inspection teams or third-party inspectors.
Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, warehousing, and delivery tracking.
Relevant academic background, such as a degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related discipline.
Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or construction project environments is an advantage.
Familiarity with project management tools and software, and basic proficiency with MS Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
