Engrow is a B2B marketing consulting company that helps SaaS and IT Services businesses grow using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Generation strategies. We work closely with founders, sales leaders, and marketing teams to design and execute GTM strategies that accelerate acquisition, pipeline velocity, retention, and expansion.
About the Internship
This is a 4-month internship built for business students who want hands-on exposure to modern B2B marketing and AI-led growth. You will work directly with our founder and core team, learning how demand generation, account-based marketing, and AI-powered workflows actually come together in practice.
You do not need prior experience. We will teach you everything. What we expect is curiosity, discipline, and the drive to learn by doing.

What You Will Do
As a Growth Marketing Intern at Engrow, you will:
Conduct deep research on industries, companies, and buyer personas using AI
Build, clean, and segment contact databases for campaigns
Support the activation of multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid ads
Track and analyze campaign performance to identify what works and what does not
Contribute to our AI in Marketing project, developing workflows for modern marketing use cases
Join brainstorming sessions and support new marketing initiatives as they come up
Why This Internship
This is not an internship where you do small tasks on the side. At Engrow, you will see how modern B2B marketing works end-to-end, from strategy to execution. You will learn how to:

We are looking for someone we can bring on full-time after this internship. If you perform well across the four months, we will offer you a full-time role at Engrow. There will also be opportunities to work on our client projects during the internship. This is the start of a long-term conversation, not a short-term project.
This is a performance-linked earning model. Instead of a fixed monthly stipend, you earn a share of the revenue generated through your contributions. The better the work, the higher the earnings.
