Role Description The Production Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Salem. In this role, the Production Associate supports day-to-day manufacturing activities, including assisting with production lines, operating machinery under supervision, and following established work instructions. The individual helps maintain smooth workflow, monitors basic equipment performance, and supports quality checks to ensure products meet standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines. The role may involve standing for extended periods, handling materials, and adapting to different tasks as needed within the production environment.
Qualifications
Ability to perform Production Assistance tasks and support work on Production Lines.
Basic Machine Operation skills, including following equipment procedures and safety guidelines.
Understanding of Quality Control practices and attention to detail in inspecting components.
Easily Adaptable to changing production needs, schedules, and task assignments.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet productivity goals.
Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with supervisors and team members.
Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing production is an advantage but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
