We're looking for an RFQ & Procurement Specialist to join the procurement team behind the platform.
About the role
You'll own the end-to-end RFQ process: taking customer requirements from our marketplace, sourcing capable suppliers, negotiating competitive quotes, comparing offers, and converting successful RFQs into completed orders.
The workflow looks like this: customer RFQ → supplier sourcing → quotation collection → price negotiation → quote comparison → customer quotation → order conversion → fulfillment.
Good procurement isn't just finding a supplier — it's finding the right one, at the right price, with the right specs, availability, and terms. That's the mindset this role requires.
What you'll do
Manage incoming RFQs from contractors, project owners, and businesses across Saudi Arabia
Understand customer requirements — specifications, quantities, brands, standards, delivery locations, and deadlines
Source suppliers from Benna's network and the wider Saudi market; contact manufacturers, distributors, and trading companies for quotes
Compare supplier quotations on price, specs, lead time, delivery, and payment terms
Negotiate pricing to protect margins while staying competitive
Prepare accurate, professional customer quotations
Identify compliant alternative products when the requested item isn't available
Track orders and delivery through to fulfillment, following up with both suppliers and customers
Evaluate supplier reliability, pricing, and service quality over time
Maintain clean records across RFQs, quotes, suppliers, and purchase orders
Grow Benna's supplier network across the Kingdom
Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, support, and product teams to improve the process
You'll also be doing analysis — comparing supplier pricing, landed costs, lead times, alternative products, margins, and quote competitiveness. This isn't a purely administrative role; it requires judgment.
What we're looking for
2+ years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, B2B sales, trading, or supply chain
Hands-on experience with RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, or project procurement
Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills
Familiarity with the Saudi building materials and construction supply market
Existing supplier relationships in KSA are a strong plus
Comfortable reading and comparing technical specifications
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred
Independent, organized, and able to juggle multiple active RFQs in a fast-moving remote environment
A degree in supply chain, business, industrial engineering, or procurement is a plus, but relevant experience matters more.

You don't wait for someone else to solve it. You own it, start to finish.
Background in construction, MEP, or EPC procurement, industrial trading, or building-material distribution is especially valuable here.
