2. About the Opportunity:
The Technical Solution Lead serves as the primary technical owner for enterprise SaaS implementations within the Professional Services team. This role partners closely with clients to translate business objectives into actionable technical solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and collaboration with delivery teams. It is a client-facing position requiring leadership in solution design and delivery.
3. Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day technical efforts for a single client implementation.
Facilitate technical discovery and solution design sessions with client stakeholders.
Collaborate with client architects, business analysts, and technology teams to define implementation approaches.
Review and approve agile user stories to ensure accurate translation of business requirements.
Break down business requirements into implementation-ready user stories.
Define API integrations, data mappings, validation rules, and business processes.
Identify technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies early in projects.
Produce detailed solution documentation and implementation guidance.
Partner with Project Delivery Leads to maintain solution readiness.
Support engineering teams by clarifying requirements.
Escalate complex architectural decisions to Senior Architects as needed.
Apply consistent solution design standards and leverage AI tools for documentation and quality.
Contribute to best practices and reusable delivery assets.
4. Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, technical business analysis, or solution architecture.
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Skilled in facilitating sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience in Agile software delivery environments.
Bachelor's degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base annual salary $135,000—$170,000 USD
