Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer role based in Kerala, India. The CEO will provide overall strategic leadership, set organizational vision and goals, and ensure alignment across all business units. Responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, guiding operations management, and approving major business plans and investments. The CEO will lead senior leadership teams, drive sales growth, and develop strategic partnerships to expand the group’s market presence. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and ethical conduct. The CEO will represent the organization with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, partners, and the wider community.
Qualifications
Strong Finance expertise, including financial analysis, budgeting, capital allocation, and performance management.
Proficiency in Operations Management and Business Planning, with experience overseeing complex, multi-unit or multi-sector operations.
Demonstrated capability in Sales leadership and revenue growth, including building high-performing commercial teams.
Advanced Strategic Planning skills, with a track record of developing and executing long-term growth strategies.
Extensive executive leadership experience, preferably as CEO or in senior C-suite roles within large or diversified organizations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven and ethical outcomes.
Relevant postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Management, or related field is highly desirable.
Experience working in or with Indian markets and regulatory environments; familiarity with Kerala business context is an advantage.
