About the Job
CGS Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to build, enhance, and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
The role involves both front-end and back-end development, API design and integration, cloud deployment, Salesforce integrations, and enterprise application architecture. The developer will work with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and QA to deliver scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-quality web applications.
The position is fully remote and offers a base salary range of $145,000–$165,000 per year, with actual compensation based on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and enhance modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js.
Develop applications deployed on AWS and integrated with various backend databases.
Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end web applications using open-source technologies, frameworks, and APIs.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications and services.
Develop robust backend API services using Node.js.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability meet enterprise standards.
Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing across the development team.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows.
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience developing web applications.
Proven experience building scalable, modern applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js, preferably with Next.js.
Strong expertise in Node.js backend development.
Experience designing and implementing robust API services.
Strong experience developing and integrating APIs using REST and SOAP.
Practical experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Experience with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with Git-based development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms for application hosting and integration.
Experience with Salesforce integrations.
Experience mentoring junior developers.
