We are seeking a Senior React Native Engineer who shares our passion for innovation and delivering high-quality mobile experiences. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable iOS and Android applications using React Native, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-performance, and user-friendly mobile solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Mobile Engineering
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years dedicated to building, shipping, and maintaining production applications using React Native.
Proven ability to manage the complete lifecycle for both iOS and Android apps, including native builds, permissions, device testing, and store submission guidelines.
Deep understanding of mobile performance tuning, memory management, and rendering optimization.
API & Backend Integration
Extensive experience connecting mobile frontends to backend services using RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
Strong knowledge of network security, token-based authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and offline-first storage mechanisms.
UI/UX Excellence
Strong eye for UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, custom layouts, and smooth mobile animations.
Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with product designers to evaluate constraints and deliver high-quality user flows.
CI/CD & DevOps
Hands-on experience configuring CI/CD automation tools (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, or EAS Build) for automated building, testing, and store releases.
Experience managing release testing environments (TestFlight, Google Play Beta, Firebase App Distribution) and crash monitoring tools (Sentry, Crashlytics).
NICE TO HAVE
Hands-on experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development.
Familiarity with React Native’s New Architecture (Fabric, TurboModules, Hermes).
Experience with automated mobile testing frameworks (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox).
