Acumatica ERP Architect

Role Description This is a remote, contract role for an Acumatica ERP Architect. The Acumatica ERP Architect will design and configure Acumatica ERP solutions that align with client business requirements and industry best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing current processes, gathering requirements, developing system architecture, and creating detailed configuration and integration plans. The role involves leading implementations, customizing workflows and modules, coordinating data migration, and collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure system stability and performance. The Acumatica ERP Architect will also support user training, troubleshoot issues, optimize existing deployments, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of ERP standards.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Acumatica ERP architecture, configuration, customization, and module design.
Experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, and requirements gathering for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Knowledge of systems integration, APIs, and data migration techniques within cloud-based ERP environments.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and optimize workflows for finance, operations, and supply chain.
Proficiency in documenting system designs, configuration decisions, and technical specifications for cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and remote collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
Prior consulting experience in technology or transaction advisory, and familiarity with M&A or digital transformation initiatives is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Acumatica or ERP certifications are a plus.
